What is “Golden Ketchup” and how to use it

The erythritol used in our Ketchup has a sweetness 40% lower than sugar and soften in a softer way the acidity of the vinegar. It has a glycemic peak = 0, therefore it is perfectly suitable for diabetics. This Ketchup has a particularly enveloping and satisfying taste, without acidic edges, and accompanies meats, soft cheese, vegetables.

Nutraceutical excellence

The pumpkin, which is hypocaloric, provides natural antioxidants, in particular in the form of vitamin A (beta-carotene), vitamin B and vitamin C. Rich in Omega 3, it reduces cholesterol and lowers blood pressure. Carrots, rich in beta-carotene and antioxidants, are also an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin B6, biotin, vitamin C, and minerals such as potassium, copper and manganese. Low in calories (41 kcal per 100 g), carrots are suitable also for those who follow a hypocaloric diet.
