What is “Golden Ketchup” and how to use it
The erythritol used in our Ketchup has a sweetness 40% lower than sugar and soften in a softer way the acidity of the vinegar. It has a glycemic peak = 0, therefore it is perfectly suitable for diabetics. This Ketchup has a particularly enveloping and satisfying taste, without acidic edges, and accompanies meats, soft cheese, vegetables.

The pumpkin, which is hypocaloric, provides natural antioxidants, in particular in the form of vitamin A (beta-carotene), vitamin B and vitamin C. Rich in Omega 3, it reduces cholesterol and lowers blood pressure.
