BRC Global Standard
We operate according to the BRC protocol (Grade AA), one of the most stringent standards in the world for the safety and quality of food processes.
Certified Gluten Free (AIC)
Our products have been present for over twenty years in the AIC Food Handbook, Italian Celiac Association and guaranteed gluten-free.
HACCP
We implement the HACCP self-checking system according to EC regulations.
The system is validated by the ASL TO 3 of Rivoli.
