Our idea of good

For our sauces we choose organic, Italian, gluten-free, lactose-free raw materials, without preservatives or dyes. We compose them according to the knowledge of the Italian and international culinary tradition. We mix them with passion, care and competence to give back the taste of the good and the pleasure of the table. “Biobontà”, every day a new pleasure!

Our values

The organic vocation, at TUTTOVO, has naturally arisen from the deep interest of the owner, Claudio Maria Fantolino, for natural food. “Biobontà” is the only line of Italian organic sauces that offers the high gastronomic tradition, ready to be tasted in table, a rich range of excellent flavors, which are the result of fragrant and calibrated mixtures of aromatic herbs, spices and organic aromas. The scents and flavors of the sauces “Biobontà” – classic or pleasantly new, delicate, aromatic, sweet or spicy – transform the ritual of the daily meal into a space of pleasure.

The company and our mission

TUTTOVO was born as a company transforming egg products and semi-finished egg-based products for the food industry. Highly innovative choices have always characterized the company both in terms of production and packaging. The company was awarded in 1991 with the Oscar for the most innovative product at international exhibition of Cibus in Parma. We want to tell you our mission: to make Italian sauces, which have an Italian genesis, an Italian story, an Italian production. Our product is for conscious and informed consumers.

2024

In 2024 a great and deserved national and international success is expected thanks to the high quality of innovation that our company has always expressed.

2017

2017 is the year of the BRC Certification recognized at international level – Grade A – that defines the highest health and safety requirements of food companies and their products.

2008

In 2008 the company obtained the coveted acknowledgment of Handicraft Excellence from the Piedmont Region.

1999

In 1999 the company was inserted into the AIC handbook among producers of gluten-free foods.

1998

In 1998 the company started to produce organic sauces, discontinuing the production of egg products.

Since 1998 the TUTTOVO has proudly been among the first and most faithful donors of the Food Bank of Piedmont Region.

1994

In 1994 TUTTOVO was the first Italian company examined by the Commission Ministerial that obtained the very important EC mark on egg products.

1991

In 1991 TUTTOVO was awarded with the prestigious Oscar for the most innovative product at CIBUS of Parma.

1990

In 1990 TUTTOVO, the first in Europe, packaged egg products in 1 kg Elopak pure packs (professional)

1988-1991

Between 1988 and 1991, the company filed 6 national and international patents on its innovative system of treating egg products. This system guaranteed fresh egg products to last in cold chain more than 45 days at 0+4 Celsius degrees.

1987

In 1987 TUTTOVO was the first European company to use bag in the boxes to pack fresh egg products.

1984

TUTTOVO was founded in 1984 as a producer of egg products and semi-finished egg-based products for the food industry.

Since 1998, Biobontà: the only line of Italian, high-quality, gluten-free, organic sauces.
