Beetroot Ketchup with pomegranate vinegar

What is Beetroot Ketchup and how to use it.

The red beet, used as a substitute for tomato, has a rich earthy and sweet aroma, which approaches the umami taste. Beetroot Ketchup is a small miracle, a perfect balance of flavors, with a hint of spices and has a very oriental, complex structure, far from the acid and flat taste of tomato. Pomegranate vinegar, used in Beet Ketchup Biobontà, has an intensely fruity, slightly acidic taste.

Nutraceutical excellence

A sauce that combines two very special foods, two superfoods: beetroot is rich in B vitamins, folic acid and antioxidants; pomegranate vinegar can reduce fat in obese subjects, has a high amount of potassium, it is beneficial for the regulation of blood pressure and cardiac activity. It is used as a normal ketchup in meat dishes, especially white, soft cheese, vegetables, seitan and tofu. But it excels in seasoning sushi dishes.

Golden Ketchup

What is “Golden Ketchup” and how to use it.

The erythritol used in our Ketchup has a sweetness 40% lower than sugar and softens the acidity of vinegar. It has a glycemic peak = 0, therefore it is perfectly suitable for diabetics. This Ketchup has a particularly captivating and satisfying taste, without acidic edges, and goes well with meats, soft cheeses, vegetables.

Nutraceutical excellence

The pumpkin, which is hypocaloric, provides natural antioxidants, in particular in the form of vitamin A (beta-carotene), vitamin B and vitamin C., in particular in the form of vitamin A (beta-carotene), B vitamins and vitamin C. Rich of Omega 3, it reduces cholesterol and lowers blood pressure. Carrots, rich in beta-carotene and antioxidants, are also an excellent source vitamin K, vitamin B6, biotin, vitamin C and salts minerals such as potassium, copper and manganese. Low in calories (41 kcal per 100 g), carrots are suitable for consumption also by those who follow a low-calorie diet.
